Nanny's Special Thin Pancakes

Ingredients

1.25 cups all-purpose flour
2 tbsps sugar
0.75 tsps salt
1 egg
1.33 cups milk
salad oil
butter
maple syrup

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients. In a small bowl, slightly beat the egg and stir in the milk. Once milk is added, combine wet and dry ingredients

Step 2

Place skillet or griddle onto medium-high heat. Once hot, pour 0.25 cups of batter into the skillet. Cook until surface is dry and any small bubbles burst

Step 3

Turn over and finish cooking
