Cut cabbage in half lengthwise, remove the core, slice and finely chop. Add green onions and refridgerate until ready to serve.
Preheat oven to 300 then toast almonds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and ramen noodles until golden. cool and store at room temperature until ready to serve.
Combine oil, soya sauce, cider vinegar, sugar, garlic powder and pepper. Bring to a boil for 1 minute. Cool and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Combine all ingredients and toss when ready to serve.
